Talking Simpsons #413: The Way We Weren’t

The Way We Weren’t, the 20th episode of season 15 and the 333rd overall, was first broadcasted on May 9, 2004 with a script by J. Stewart Burns and directed by Mike B. Anderson.

Homer and Marge recall the story of their first kiss at summer camp when they were children, which was not all that happy. Homer betrayed (unwillingly) Marge by standing her up on their second date.

The whole episode is yet another reason why Brad Bird was right about them doing more episodes set in the past because the continuity is now getting incredibly screwed up and ridiculous, this whole episode just makes no sense whatsoever and ruins the enjoyment of the episode because of the stupidity of the choices they make.
