Batman: The Animated Series 25th Anniversary #100: Cult Of The Cat

Cult Of The Cat was first broadcasted on September 18, 1998 with a script by Stan Berkowitz from a story by Berkowitz and Paul Dini and directed by Butch Lukic.

Batman tries to help Catwoman, who is being chased by a cat cult due to a statue she stole.

Wow, Catwoman stealing a statue from somebody who easily has the necessary items to tear you into pieces one by one, haven’t seen that done before.

Seriously, like they really could not figure out anything for Catwoman to do in this series? The episode just doesn’t work, they’ve proven that with the right writers and storytellers, they can make a good Catwoman centered episode in the past but this one, it just doesn’t work, the story is not interesting in the slightest, it’s not exciting, the animation is kind of wonky, and even some of the action scenes are kind of lackluster, I wish I could say something positive about this episode but no, this one is kind of bad.
