Bobby: It’s Cold Outside was written by John Frink & Jeff Westbrook and directed by Steven Dean Moore.
Sideshow Bob gets contracted as the mall Santa; someone steals all the Christmas packages off people’s front porches.
Anytime you bring Kelsey Grammer back as Sideshow Bob, you instantly up the quality of the episode almost immediately and it’s yet another Christmas episode with Bob following Gone Boy a couple years ago.
And once again, the series delivers a very strong holiday episode with great animation, a really well done storyline, good humor, and great voice work once again, many of the holiday episodes are usually really good for The Simpsons and once again, they deliver another winner here.
