EON Productions, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Sony Pictures Entertainment have released have released the brand new Spectre trailer, showing off brand new footage from the upcoming 24th James Bond film. Check it out in the player below and find several newly released stills — showing off the film’s female cast — in the gallery viewer at the bottom of this page!

There’s also a newly expanded synopsis for the November 6 release:

A cryptic message from the past sends James Bond on a rogue mission to Mexico City and eventually Rome, where he meets Lucia Sciarra (Monica Bellucci), the beautiful and forbidden widow of an infamous criminal. Bond infiltrates a secret meeting and uncovers the existence of the sinister organisation known as SPECTRE.

Meanwhile back in London, Max Denbigh (Andrew Scott), the new head of the Centre for National Security, questions Bond’s actions and challenges the relevance of MI6, led by M (Ralph Fiennes). Bond covertly enlists Moneypenny (Naomie Harris) and Q (Ben Whishaw) to help him seek out Madeleine Swann (Léa Seydoux), the daughter of his old nemesis Mr White (Jesper Christensen), who may hold the clue to untangling the web of SPECTRE. As the daughter of an assassin, she understands Bond in a way most others cannot.

As Bond ventures towards the heart of SPECTRE, he learns of a chilling connection between himself and the enemy he seeks, played by Christoph Waltz.

SPECTRE (Special Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion), as Bond fans know, is a fictional global terrorist organization featured in Ian Fleming’s novels, as well as the films and video games based on those novels. The organization was led by the villain Ernst Stavro Blofeld, although the cast is definitely playing it coy about whether or not Blofeld will actually appear in the new film.

Spectre, written by John Logan and Neal Purvis & Robert Wade, hits theaters and IMAX on November 6, 2015.

We’ve talked about the last trailer already and a lot of what I’ve got to say about this trailer is about the same as the last movie, this trailer definitely gives you a lot of things to get excited by.

Like I said before, these newer James Bond movies have done a spectacular job of combining the older elements of the previous films with a newer storyline without making it seem obvious or phoned in and seeing that they will do Spectre next (and Blofeld), I have no doubt this will be another step in the right direction for the Bond franchise.

The trailer definitely packs on a lot of spectacular action sequences, some great dialogue noteworthy of the Bond franchise, and so much more, it definitely does feel like what we’ve come to used to from this franchise but even more.

Probably the best element about this new trailer is that we see the menacing connection between Daniel Craig’s Bond and Christoph Waltz’s Blofeld. You can definitely see in this new trailer that Waltz is in love with this role and he manages to find a way to bring that slimy menacing attitude he had carried over from Inglorious Basterds and brings it over to the role of Bond’s most notorious enemy and Blofeld definitely has the potential to be the best villain in this newer series of Bond films if the character is giving everything he needs to break out.

I mean, really, what else is there to say about this new trailer? It’s badass, it has a lot of great action, the visual look of the movie looks great, the acting looks good, it’s hard to not get excited for this movie at this point.
