Talking Simpsons Season 5 Final Thoughts & Recap

While it was always hard to top what had been done in season four, season five did a great job coming up with some of the funniest comedy-centered episodes of the entire series while also adding in some good drama in many of these episodes.

This season saw iconic episodes such as Homer’s Barbershop Quarter, Cape Feare, Deep Space Homer, and Bart Gets Famous just to name a few and while the fifth season is not as strong as the fourth, this season definitely proves that we are indeed right in the middle of the golden age of the series.
